The Internal Quality Assurance System (SGIC) of the Higher Technical School of Telecommunications Engineers is in charge of managing, in a planned way, the quality of the degrees taught therein; as well as the satisfaction of all the Agents involved.

Following the quality process PR/ES/006 Management of complaints, suggestions and congratulations, any person related to this degree can present their suggestions, complaints and congratulations through the web and receive a response within 15 days.
